Tennessee Apartment Association Delegates, board members and staff attended the 2008 NAA Capital Conference in Washington, D.C. Two days were spent lobbying on behalf of our industry for issues like federal immigration reform, carried interest, estate tax reform and federal energy policies. TAA is pictured below with Senator Lamar Alexander and Senator Bob Corker. TAA also met with all 9 Tennessee Congressmen and/or their staffs. See more photos.

TAA attended the Tennessee Tuesday Breakfast and met Senator Lamar Alexander and Senator Bob Corker,

The Tennessee General Assembly is back in session and the Tennessee Apartment Association is responding accordingly. TAA has designed the “TAA Tracker” found on the Legislative Alerts page. Members can view all of the proposed bills that TAA feels we should monitor for our industry. This tracking system will be updated daily so that the status of each bill is current. TAA will make every effort to send email alerts to the membership when critical developments occur with this legislation.
