Becoming active in the Tennessee Apartment Association (TAA) allows you to be part of a larger group of professionals in the multi-family housing industry. Together as a unified group, TAA has proved to be a powerful collection of members taking a stand on issues affecting the industry. The Tennessee Apartment Association is an affiliate of the National Apartment Association. TAA is comprised of the apartment associations in the major population centers in the state of Tennessee. View members. TAA is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is selected by the membership and consists of President, President-Elect, Vice President, and Secretary/Treasurer.

Objectives of the Tennessee Apartment Association:

• To coordinate support for or opposition to legislation that affects multi-family housing in the state of Tennessee.
  
  
• To enhance the legislative involvement of our industry at the state and national level.
  
  
• To enhance business opportunities for all our members and associates.
  
  
• To expand educational opportunities for all our members through coordinated provision of
  multi-family educational courses.
  
  
• To improve the level and availability of relevant multi-family information at the state and national level.
