Taking a stand on issues that affect the Multi-Family Industry & Preparing for the Future of Tennessee
The Tennessee Apartment Association (TAA) celebrated an Evening ofChampagne and Diamonds at its first TN Apartment PAC Fundraiser on August 3rd at The Icon in the Gulch. The support and attendance for this highly anticipated event exceeded expectations. TAA Members from around the state came to Nashville to represent their associations. State House Representatives Glen Casada, Janis Sontany, and Eric Watson were present as well. U.S. Congressman Marsha Blackburn was TAA’s special guest speaker. She discussed current legislation in Washington, DC and how it could impact the multi-family industry. She urged everyone to contact their congressmen to voice opposition to bills that would undermine businesses. Diane Cathey, with Continental Property Management, LLC, was the winner of the beautiful diamond stud earrings. TAA would like to extend a special thank you to the diamond sponsors, which helped make the event possible, CLK Multifamily Management, Downey Property Management, First Management Services, Fogelman Property Management and Milestone Management.See more photos.
